Orders placed Monday through Friday before 5:00 PM will be shipped the same day. Within the Netherlands, you will usually receive your package within 1-2 business days.
For orders over €75,- shipping is free within the Netherlands and Belgium. For orders under €75, shipping costs are €5.95.
Yes, you can return or exchange your order within 14 days of receipt. You can easily arrange this via our return portal. Return costs are at your own expense.
Go to our returns portal on the website, follow the steps and download your return label. Pack your item well and take it to a shipping point. Once we have received your return, we will process it within 5 working days.
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible via Support@livyn.nl.

If an item is sold out, you can sign up for a notification when it is back in stock. We will then notify you by email as soon as the product is available.
